  • houses for rent in the community (submitted by the homeowners, not realtors)
    houses available for rent in the community for Commissioning Week (submitted by homeowners, not realtors)
  • lawn mowing by youngsters living in the community (not professional businesses)
  • pet sitting/walking by youngsters living in the community (not professional businesses)
  • lost/found pets of residents living in the community
  • yard sales in the community
  • other items for sale by residents in the community, including bicycles, cars, boats

Not Accepted

  • Business promotions or advertisements of any kind, either directly or indirectly
  • Babysitting ads of any kind (for liability reasons)
  • School, club, church events or fundraisers (with 209 families and so many varied interests, this is an area that can get too big to manage properly. You certainly are welcome to promote these events on your own). Events sponsored by Annapolis Cove will be posted on the Web site and in the newsletter.

Here is how it works

  • Submit your items of 30 words or less to: webmaster@annapoliscove.org. (Please do not send your items to Richard Lynch, who manages our email list and distributes COVE News.) All items must include a contact name and telephone number or email address.
  • The Web master will post the classified items on a page accessible from the home page at http://www.annapoliscove.org/, labeled Bulletin Board, which is on the left side of the screen in the box labeled "Latest News." This is not secure site, so be aware that anyone surfing the Web may come across your item for sale and see your contact information.
  • Items will be posted with the "post date" and will be removed after 30 days. They can be renewed.


We will do our best to get your item posted as soon as possible after it is received.
